Jill is a certified clinical trichologist and owner of Palmetto Salon and Hair Loss Clinic. She goes beyond one size fits all assessments and treatments to address the root cause of hair loss. Using a holistic and integrative approach, we are better able to understand what the issues you and your hair are facing.
Jill is a hairstylist of 20 years who turned her longtime passion for cut and color into helping people in a different way; with hair loss, shedding and scalp conditions.
She has brought her increased education into her daily hair cut and color practices to give her clients a full service experience and expert knowledge.

A truly in depth and informative analysis of the hair and scalp with an AMCA certified clinical trichologist. This appointment will leave you with answers you have not been able to get and a clear path to manage your shedding, hair loss, or scalp condition. We work on addressing the underlying and root causes of your hair concerns so you can finally to stop loosing hair and begin to grow more hair. -Detailed hair loss and scalp questionnaire covering important information about your hair and health history which we will go over in person
-Epigenetic Hair Follicle Mapping Test from For Healthy Cells
-Polarized Light Microscopy(PLM) and Trichogram analysis
-Trichoscopy exam
-Physical hair and scalp examination
-Assessing bloodwork- While blood work has been flagged as “normal”, experiencing heavy shedding and hair loss is anything but. The hair requires a different range of markers than traditional bloodwork parameters offers and needs to be taken into account when experiencing hair loss or heavy shedding. Many times the correct nutrients related to hair loss are also not tested for. I provide a detailed list of nutrient markers I recommend that should be tested for. While it’s great to have the tests done before our appointment, they can also be obtained after.
-Treatment Plan- A custom, detailed plan of action covering assessment of type of hair loss or shedding, results of Trichogram polarized light microscopy, product and routine recommendations, treatment recommendations as well as recommendations based on nutritional deficiencies, blood work results and your epigenetic hair follicle test.
-3 yearly checkups- the appointment includes 3 complimentary checkups at 3,6 and 12 months to track progress and adjust treatment if needed.
