What is Alma TED?

Alma TED is a revolutionary hair growth device that is non-invasive and pain free. Its patented one of a kind technology uses acoustic sound waves and air pressure to disorganize the stratum corneum (the outermost layer of the top layer of the skin) and lipid barrier, pushing the TED Hair Care Formula of potent peptides and growth factors deeper into the follicles than traditional methods. This better stimulates hair growth and product absorption creating increased growth in less time.

Its a quick, 45 minute treatment spaced 1 month apart and there is nothing you have to do at home. Results can be seen in 1-3 months with 2 months being the most common and more growth after the 3rd visit.

  • Alma TED is completely pain free. The tip feels slights warm and makes a quiet buzzing sound. No one has ever said there was the slightest discomfort

  • After completing a thurough consultation to help learn everything about your hair loss and make sure we are covering all the factors involved, you are ready for a TED Treatment. We start by isolating the the areas we want to treat. We then "prime" the areas the hand piece which means we are opening that top layer of the skin. Next we apply our TED Hair Care Formula. Lastly we go over the sections again with the hand piece to further drive the serum into the scalp. And them you're done! We do ask that you don't shampoo, wear a hat or anything on your head, sweat excessively or use any hair products for 24 hours.

  • It is important that you come in with freshly shampooed hair with no other hair products in the hair or on the scalp. After the treatment you must wait 24 hours before shampooing your hair, using hair product on the scalp, sweating excessively or wearing any hats or headbands. We want to give time for the treatment to be able to work.

  • We recommend 3 treatments to start, this being the minimum. Some people may require 1 or 2 additional treatments depending on the degree of loss and response to treatment. 5 treatments is usually the most an individual would need.

    Results can be seen after the first month, with the best results after the 3rd treatment or month.

  • The Alma TED sessions are spaced one month apart.
